Solgrid recently had the pleasure of welcoming NVE to Furuseth. The Furuseth solar power plant, built and operated by Solgrid, is Norway's first large-scale solar power facility. This visit was a significant step in Solgrid's mission to share solar energy knowledge and experience. With many new hires in law, licensing, and environment at NVE, some had never seen a solar power plant before. The day began with a comprehensive tour of the facility, showcasing the key components and discussing the application process, construction, and operation.

The visit was filled with insightful questions and stimulating discussions. Solgrid's experts were on hand to share practical experiences, enhancing NVE's understanding of solar power operations.
