Exciting News for FastCharge! We're thrilled to announce that FastCharge has been awarded a significant grant of 23.5 million NOK from ENOVA, making up nearly 40% of the total amount allocated this round. This achievement marks a strategic win, showcasing our alignment with Norway's ambitious goal of achieving 100% new electric truck sales by 2030.

Managing Director of ENOVA, Nils Kristian Nakstad, emphasizes the importance of reducing greenhouse gas emissions from road traffic, with FastCharge's charging stations playing a crucial role in encouraging heavy transport to go emission-free. Nakstad expresses confidence in the market's belief in a future with electric trucks, as evidenced by strong competition and some players choosing not to seek financial support. This underscores the industry's faith in the green shift towards zero-emission heavy transport.

ENOVA's support ensures that electric trucks can now cover longer distances, paving the way for a cleaner, greener trucking industry. The 19 strategically placed stations will address congestion and promote emission-free heavy goods traffic.

ENOVA's support program, structured as a competition, encourages efficiency by rewarding the most installed charging power per support kroner. The two-year initiative, with four annual application deadlines, supports the National Road Administration's plan for charging stations along national roads.
