Carbon Centric has entered into a partnership to capture biogenic CO2 from Vow Green Metals's facility which is under development at Viken Park. The facility has the potential to reduce GHG emissions corresponding to 230000 tonnes of carbon dioxide per year.

This partnership between two industrial climate solutions will bring both green workplaces and development to the region, opening up great opportunities on behalf of both the companies and society through promoting efficiency and circularity.

Carbon Centric has also signed a landmark agreement with Norsk e-Fuel for CO2 supply and distribution, where Carbon Centric will be responsible for the production and delivery of CO2 to Norsk e-Fuel's Alpha plant in Mosjøen in Northern Norway.

CO2 is one of the main feedstocks in the synthetic production of sustainable aviation fuel that will be required to meet the EU RFNBO SAF mandates of airlines operating out of EU airports starting in 2030.
